By accessing or using TaxiBook's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking & Cancellation
Bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information at the time of booking. Any delay caused by incorrect details will be the responsibility of the user.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices quoted are based on the information provided. Estimates may change if the route or waiting time differs from the original booking.
Service Guidelines
- Respect the driver and the vehicle
- No smoking or illegal substances inside the vehicle
- Luggage items must be stored in the trunk
- Any damage to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged
Company reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice in case of policy violation.
