At TaxiBook, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If our service doesn't meet your expectations, we have a clear refund policy to address your concerns.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable in cases where the vehicle fails to reach the pickup location or if the service is cancelled by us due to operational issues.

2. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during booking.

3. Partial Refunds

In case of vehicle breakdown during the journey, a partial refund or an alternative vehicle arrangement will be provided immediately.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • No-show by the passenger at the scheduled time
  • Cancellation made less than 12 hours before pickup
  • Change of plan after the trip has already commenced
